Dancing With The Stars is an iconic live TV show that lives far beyond the TV screen. Young audiences follow it on social media, where creators, fans and small backstage moments quickly become part of the conversation. Gen Z influencer Bagi and his dance partner Magda had a post-show McDrive ritual after every episode. Within that shared routine, one detail stood out online: Magda's regular McDonald's order.

The Solution

McDonald's spotted the conversation in real time and acted before it passed. We turned Magda's actual order — a customised 2forU+ with medium fries and a cheeseburger with no onions or pickles — into a limited menu item: 2forU+ No. 9. No scripted influencer campaign. No heavy brand intervention. Just a fast, culturally accurate response that gave fans a way to join the story.
